Three months worth of seasonal scents! Perfect no need to sort through choices. Yuzu reminds me of the discontinued black tea scent. I'm not complaining because I was hoping it made a comeback. Lavender is an old favorite..I haven't started the pistachio scent yet

Common questions, answered.
How does a refill work? Is it easy?
Yes, it really is easy. Each refill is designed to become a candle with very little effort. There are no special tools, no complicated setup — just a few quiet minutes and a candle made by you.
How it works:
Open the candle bag and remove the wick, wick holder, and instruction card. Place the bag of wax on a microwave-safe dish and heat for 2 minutes, or until fully melted.
While the wax melts, center the wick in your chosen vessel. We recommend a heat-safe, stable, non-porous vessel about 3 inches in diameter — or simply use one of our Forever Vessels.
Pour in the melted wax, adjust the wick so it’s centered, and let the candle set for at least 2 hours. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch, light, and enjoy.
When you’re done, compost the empty bag at home or through industrial composting.
Are your candles clean?
Yes. Our candles are made with 100% natural coconut-soy wax, clean fragrance ingredients, and no paraffin, parabens, phthalates, sulfates, or harsh chemicals.
Every scent is crafted with a blend of sustainably sourced essential oils and safe fragrance oils, and is IFRA-certified to meet global fragrance safety standards.

How do subscriptions work?
The Seasonal Box subscription offers 45% off your first box, and 20% off every box after. Plus free shipping, always. You can cancel, pause, skip, or swap scents anytime. If you'd like to gift a box to a friend for a season instead of receive it yourself, that is also possible. Manage your subscription in your account, or simply email our customer care team at support@siblings.co and we will take care of any changes for you.
What if I don't like the scent?
Scent is personal, and we want you to find one (or many) you truly love.
If your candle is unused, you can return it anytime — and your first return is on us. Think of it as a little breathing room to explore, discover, and choose the scent that feels right in your home. Learn more about our Happiness Guarantee.

Do I have to use the included vessel?
Your first Seasonal Box includes a Forever Vessel, designed to fit our refills perfectly — so your candle looks beautiful, burns evenly, and is easy to refill season after season.
You can also use a vessel you already have, as long as it’s heat-safe, stable, non-porous, and about 3 inches in diameter. An old candle jar, favorite ceramic cup, or thrifted find can all work beautifully if they’re made to handle heat.
Not sure if your vessel is heat-safe? Carefully pour boiling water into it first. If it doesn’t crack, leak, or show signs of damage, it’s a good candidate for a candle.
