“Summer 2014, Trapani, Sicily—I had a pistachio gelato. Not the bright green, overly sweet kind. This one was different: smooth, earthy, deeply comforting.

I still think about it, a dozen years later. A love of pistachio began.

We’ve been working to capture that feeling in a candle. The creaminess, the warmth, a toasted, gourmand touch. Slightly sweet, but not too much.

The kind of scent you wish you could swim in. That’s Pistachio Milk.”
