Inspired by the fresh, quick pickles that appear at Swedish summer tables—crisp, bright, and usually gone before dinner begins. Just pickled cucumber, lemon peel, and dill herb create a sharp, green opening, softened by carrot seed and the earthy scent of garden soil. Peculiar, addictive, and unexpectedly beautiful. A scent for the curious.
